Due to the volatility of precious metals pricing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified, as pricing is locked in at the time of purchase based on live market rates.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at collectingtiritillis@gmail.com with photos of the item and its packaging so we can make it right.
